"Sheets looked like they haven't been washed , the door kept getting stuck . It seems like the top hinges was bent cause it was difficult to open and close , the pool was freezing cold and upon asking about the heater that's when they would notify you that is was broken instead of notifying at check in. I can honestly say as many hotels i have stayed in this one would not be in my to 3 to ever go again to. "

"I was in room 188 which was a suite and yes, it was clean but over the four nights I had three cockroaches visit. The adjoining room next-door on Friday night was spanking his partner and she was moaning loudly and this went on for about 30 minutes, which I actually quite found quite amusing with the finale was the head board hitting the wall furiously for the grand finally of the performance "
