"This hostel is in an excellent locatiion but a bit tricky to find initially. There was no one at the check in when we arrived and no one answered the phone which we were supposed to call. We left a message and within about 15-20 minutes we received an email for self check in.
Once we met a staff member she was super nice.

But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels.
There could be something done in the main lobby area to reduce the noise. During check-in on a busy day the noise level is very high, likely due to the high number...

But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels.
There could be something done in the main lobby area to reduce the noise. During check-in on a busy day the noise level is very high, likely due to the high number o hard surfaces in the lobby. It would be nice to see more soft surfaces to absorb sound rather than reflect it.
Now, with that said, our experience at Leonardo Plaza in Eilat was once again excellent. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. The food was amazing. We will continue to return for our annual vacation as long as it's possible - the place represents a great value for the money we spent and we're already looking forward to next year."
