Such a shame

Avoid. The receptionist tried to make us pay twice and bizarrely was insisting a 200 Lek note was only 2 LEK??. Had to message Hotels.com who thankfully sorted it out. Got to room and curtain rail fell off, hair dryer didn't work and couldn't sit on the toilet because of an oversized double jacuzzi. Pool area basic, breakfast chaotic. Shame really because the garden were beautiful and the view of the castle over the river was stunning.

Utroværdigt hotel og visse medarbejdere

Aftaler med personalet om opladning af elbil blev ikke overholdt og kun med meget besvær blev bilen til sidst ladet op, selvom hotellet reklamerer med denne facilitet. Kun med kraftig insisteren undgik vi at betale to gange for vores overnatninger.

Sejour tres reposant dans cet hotel au bord d'un fleuve. Tres bon petit-déjeuner (arrivé tot pour en profité pleinement) Restaurant de l'hotel tres abordable et de qualité Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte en avril.

Det kunne være så godt ...

Dette var vores eneste hotel-skuffelse i Albanien, og vi boede 6 steder. Hotellet ligger ikke så godt i forhold til byen, men til gengæld meget fint ned til floden, så det kunne sådan set være fint, Der er tydeligvis også investeret en masse, men poolen var helt utroligt beskidt, og da jeg bemærkede det overfor receptionisten, var svaret, at det var sidst på sæsonen (9. september) uden i øvrigt at undskylde. Det kan sagtens være, at andre har en fin oplevelse. Vores blev dårlig også fordi vores A/C ikke kunne reguleres og stod på 17 grader hele natten.

Good stay

Staffs are very friendly and I’m happy with our smooth late check in. Hotel is at good location next to the river and have a little bit of view of the river and the castle on our balcony. It’s easy to get to castle or the lake side by cars. The breakfast is included and it’s very simple but for the price I paid I think it’s good value. Bathroom is good size and it’s Glassdoor covered shower instead of bath with curtain which I hate so much. Overall I would recommended this place for sure.

Beautiful setting

The Buna Park Hotel is located along the river in Shkodër, Albania. The rooms have beautiful views of the river and the castle, with a restaurant with the same setting. Very nice.

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir schon ein schönes Zimmer, jedoch haben wir beim rumschauen noch eins gesehen was uns mehr gefiel und fragten ob ein Tausch möglich wäre, dieser Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Wir konnten immer unsere Wünsche und Fragen äußern und man half uns immer und es wurde versucht jeden Wunsch auch zu erfüllen. Im Restaurant der service war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unser Kind wurde jeder extra Wunsch mit einem Lächeln erledigt, so daß er ganz traurig war, als wir uns verabschieden mussten. Rund um waren wir super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder ❤️

Vi stannade där bara 1 natt på vägen med hotellet var fint med fräscha rum o fint utsikt. Bra service o gott mat . Finns pool o lekpark för barn . Bra Wi-FI o parkering möjligheter.
