Nice and helpful staff. It's great help on oversea delivery, calling Taxi and serve with Tea during waiting.

Very good hotel.

The location is so convenient. Near to JR station. Only 3 minutes walk. Most importantly, the staffs give me lots of useful information. It's the best service I have ever had. Highly recommended this hotel.

Great location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and close to several large department stores. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, but the shower didn't work well.

So-so

The room seems a bit too small even in Japan's standard. Apart from this, our stay at this hotel was not unpleasant. The staff was helpful and the location was good.

Greit hotell til en rimelig pris

Greit hotell for en overnatting eller to. Vasken er ute i selve rommet. Airconditionanlegget fungerer, men bråker veldig.

Had a pleasant stay for the second time. Rooms look more spacious than they really are due to functional design. However, the hotel would benefit from some refreshment of the interior.
