Very Nice Bidet/Toilet and shower. Bed was firm and the room had a good view out over Ueno. We never ate dinner there but the breakfast was nice. Less than a 10 minute walk from a bunch of places of note/restaurants but even during Golden Week, it was super quiet near the hotel. The hotel was also gracious enough to cancel the first day of our stay when we were forced to delay our flight a day. Very nice experience, overall

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

Staff were wonderful and kind. The bathroom was very nice but the sink area was small but we made it work. Love the shower! Downstairs bar area and lounge seating areas were nice. Food was good but only ate breakfast each day. We had to venture out for lunch and dinner.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and luxurious. Bedrooms were cosy and beds super comfortable. However, although the room area was utilised well, once suitcases were there was not much space to move around. The two breakfast options were delicious (Japanese style and western buffet). The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
