This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The staff were AMAZING and helped me with several issues of my own cause. The heater in the room worked well. The bed mattress was uncomfortable but sleeping on the duvet always helpful. The tubs were deep and water hot.. happy with my stay
