Beautiful completely remodeled home in the peaceful quaint town of Shipshewana

Your stay at this home is sure to be amazing. You are in the town close to so many things to do. Many shops, restaurants, and the world famous flea market are within walking distance. However, you will also feel the peacefulness of the small horse and buggy town. You can enjoy a campfire and comfortable furniture on the back porch or read a good book you've been wanting to dive into. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy cooking a spectacular meal in a brand new kitchen. Although, you might just want to eat every meal out and enjoy all the famous foods that this small Amish/Mennonite community is know for. You can also walk the pumpkin vine trail or take the bikes to the trail and enjoy a bike ride. There is so much to do within walking distance. You will love this location.

Great Place for the Flea Market and Auctions
This house was very clean and laid out well for two adult couples or a small family. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with plenty of linens. perfectly located for walking to restaurants, downtown and to the flea market (just behind the house). Very relaxing location in a nice neighborhood. Lots of Amish horse and buggy activity which gave the location the feel of being part of the community. Only about 4-5 blocks from the Pumpkinvine Trail for bike riding. Christine was very responsive in communication and supporting our stay. Very good value. We enjoyed our three night there very much.

Anniversary trip
This was our 44th wedding anniversary celebration and it was perfect because of where we stayed. The house was beautifully decorated with all the latest amenities. The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from the Main Street in Shipshewanna. We’ve been to Shipshewanna many times but have never had a more comfortable stay. If we come back again, we will definitely choose this house and and will be telling all our friends about it too. Our thanks to the host for making our stay so perfect.

This was a very nice comfortable place to stay. Supplies were organized and everything was spotless. It was very quiet for sleeping, yet convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. We loved its location next to the Shipshewana auction buildings.

Christmas Get Away
We booked with friends to spend a weekend in Shipshewana around Christmas. The property is within walking distance to downtown Shipshewana and the Blue Gate Restaurant and Music Hall where we had tickets to a show. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked and essentials in ready supply. The host was very accommodating. Would book again if we are in the area, Thanks.

Perfect Shipshewana location
This home is just lovely! It is perfectly clean, comfortable and located on a very quiet street within walking distance from downtown. The owners have thought of just about everything to make this house a home and their guests feel comfortable. Christine was very accommodating when we had questions and also provided a folder of Shipshewana attractions. We are looking forward to a return visit and will surely reserve this property again if it is available.
