"Amazing hotel and amazing staff. The bell desk was so helpful in shipping our skis. Kept on coming back to this hotel. "

"Staff were courteous. Bed and especially pillows were not comfortable. Pillow felt like I rested my head on a backpack full of books although I think they advertised that you could ask for different pillows. Window shade did not do a good job of blocking out light from train station. Room was clean. Overall I thought it was overpriced compared to what I paid for other hotels in Japan."
