The hotel is clean and quiet. It’s a short walk from Aizuwakamatsu Station. However, the hotel does show its age. The breakfast buffet was good but not memorable.

The accommodation was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and the onsen was wonderful. The little extras made the stay even better, gift in the fridge, fresh water each day, free ice cream and yakult when using the onsen, the manga library and storing our bags post stay before we caught our train. ...

施設の古さや清潔さにしては、料金が高いと感じた。ゴミ箱の外側が汚れていたり、いくつもの部屋の角に蜘蛛の巣やホコリがあり、壁もシミが多くて汚く感じた。 この値段では、次回も利用したいとは思わない。
