The Log guest house is self made log house (post and beam). It has a living room ,queen's bed in the bed room and 5futons in the second floor,jet-bath,outside bath,air conditioner in all rooms,kitchen, refrig,TV ,Audio sys, Piza-oven, Log fire stove ,Washing M/C.
We accept only one group guest (eg, family or group )and you can enjoy cook in the kitchen or barbeque outside. You can reserve foremerly biycyle, canuoe,Piza -oven.
Wi-Fi is set in host main house 200m far from here. you can enjoy with your dog running on the lawn.
There are so many restaurants in the city centre. I will shaw you good restaurants on the map.

Excellent chalet style accommodation

Beautifully presented, great facilities - kitchen/fridge/stove/hot water, with utensils and supplies - and excellent bathroom with spa/ excellent toilet/basin with heaps of towels. Separate bed ( Queen - bit hard) and upstairs futon room for 2-3 more people. Nice garden, quiet area, narrow drive and road entry( typical rural roads).

Quaint little cottage for relaxation

This is a quaint, little cottage built by the owner himself (who is an accomplished painter and climbed a peak in the Himalayas). The hosts are very helpful and prepared some thoughtful touches, such as a free bottle of white wine, a French baguette, free coffee and free exquisite Lupicia tea. The rooms are clean and a Marunaka food supermarket is 15 minutes away. In front of the cottage there is a beautiful garden, full of butterflies. If you arrive at night time, it is pitch dark in the area, so make sure you notify the owners so they can guide you to the cottage, which is located about 600 feet away from the main house on a very narrow road. The owner speaks English and is very helpful if something is needed. We had a very pleasant experience and would love to come back.

犬連れでお世話になりました。広いイングリッシュガーデンは犬が出られない程度の柵で囲まれていて、最高級ドッグランのようでした。 ログハウスは新しくはありませんが、備品の充実ぶりが素晴らしいです。 夜はWEBERのBBQグリルと焚き火台をつかわせていただにました。炭や薪も用意されていて、いたれりつくせりでした。

また来ました!

前回は春に泊まらせていただき、子ども達も居心地の良さと庭遊びがとても気に入っていたので、今回も皆楽しみにしてました。オーナーご夫婦もお元気そうで、お会いできて嬉しかったです。子ども達が花火をしたいと言うので庭で焚き火をしながら楽しみました。ログハウスは本当にプライベート空間で、皆でくつろいだあとぐっすり眠りました。朝は庭で紅茶を飲んで、良い時間を過ごせたね～と夫と話したことでした。ありがとうございました！

Mダックス(犬)連れの旅行でしたので、広い敷地内の一軒家で快適に過ごさせてもらえて助かりました。室内外とても清潔で、生活に必要なものは全て用意されていました。薪ストーブの炎に癒され、芝生で噴水の水音と鳥の声に寛ぐ時間は、普段は得難いものでした。コロナ禍であまりお話しできませんでしたが、上品なオーナーご夫妻はとてもフレンドリーで、是非また来たいと思いました。 　The accommodations were perfect. We were lucky there was a chill in the air to allow us to watch the flames dance in the wood stove. As the morning warmed there is nothing finer than sitting outside listening to the fountain gurgle and the birds chirping as we sipped coffee.
