"I seriously thought about giving this place a TERRIBLE review because I liked it here so much and I dont want to see the price go up once construction on the exterior pool is complete and summer gets here. This is a river front property, however fishing is not allowed on the rocks currently but there is a place to fish about a quarter of a mile away in the neighborhood. The bed is super comfy. The Zenses shampoo, body wash, and lotion in the scent of Sandalwood was amazing. The conditioner worked really well for my hair type. I loved the black make up rag and facial wipes as well as the hand soap. The breakfast bar is pretty standard. There was a bit of a lack of options for diabetics but staff mentioned looking in to more options."

"Beautiful river front location. The owners have taken such pride in their property because the cleanliness shows. The screened in back porch with that awesome view of the river and sunset was the crown jewel! (Photo attached).We had a wonderful time at your beautiful river home."

"It looks like an old motel from the outside but the rooms were great. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Also very clean. The little old man at the front desk was sooo nice!!"

"Pros: The location was convenient. The room was cleaned daily. Staff was very pleasant. The AC worked great. The road noise wasn't terrible at all. The pool was very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Cons: I stayed for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed. The mop water is not changed between rooms which leaves the floors rather tacky feeling. On my very last night I found 2 live cockroaches and 1 dead that was under the drawer in the nightstand while packing up. If it weren't for the roaches I would've given an excellent review and returned on my next visit."

"AMAZING place to visit!! The cabin was so beautifully furnished & the grounds were perfect. The river view from the back porch is so tranquil! It was very evident that the owners want you to have a great experience! Attention was paid to every little detail & honestly, we could not have felt more at home! We are planning to make this an annual trip and are already looking forward to going back. The host is very gracious and helpful. She responds very quickly & answers your questions. So thankful to be able to stay in such a wonderfully loved historic cabin! Kudos to the hostess! "

"Our family stayed here while we were in Tennessee house hunting, and it truly exceeded our expectations. With two young kids, having a Kroger right across the street that we could walk to was an absolute lifesaver.The home was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with so many thoughtful extras we weren’t even expecting—it made traveling with kids so much easier. We also somehow didn’t realize there was a garage until right before we arrived, which ended up being such a great bonus!And I have to mention… the main bedroom bed was AMAZING. Seriously one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in while traveling.For the price, this place offers so much value. We had zero complaints and truly felt at home the entire stay. Thank you again—my family and I absolutely loved our time here and would 100% stay again!"
