"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

"Very truly, Villa Fukuza is the coolest place I have ever stayed in. The “tent” is the most luxurious of glamping experiences, and the owners’ hospitality is the most welcoming in all of Japan. "This is a apartment complex with regular residents. The name of the complex and the name listed "Glory" are not the same, so there was a bit of confusion when ariving there. When google map this place, it only shows the 24 Hr luandry mat and a convience store; to get to the apartment there is a small alley to get to the back. This place doesn’t indicate it's English friendly but It is as a non-Japanese speaker. Enjoy my stay here."

"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities our family of 6 needed. A little tight for 6 adults, but would work for 4 adults and 2 children well. Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo."
