We had a lake view room which was brilliant and the rooms are wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Lake Akan is also beautiful and wlel worth a visit ! 5 Stars"

"If you like a place in the middle of nowhere which can provide you privacy and natural environment, this is the place! It’ll take around 12-15mins driving from the nearest town for groceries and local restaurants. Wonderful place for real getaway."

"NEverything about the hotel is superb from room to buffet food offered, the Onsen pools and self service laundry facilities. They also have professional violin entertainment in the evenings. While the hospitality is unique with ladies in kimono bowing & greeting upon arrival & departure, the only odd thing, is no luggage assistance at all and we wonder how the elderly are able to cope. "
