"The outside of the hotel/ home is beautiful, I love and appreciate well kept historic homes and the neighborhood. I stayed in room #4, which is cozy and big enough for me to move around and lay/ sleep in both of the beds. The decorations are well thought out and added to the ambiance to this great home/ hotel. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone and will rebook when I'm in Portland again."

"Beautiful acreage with roses of various colors along with other flowering trees. Brick covered patio out the door for opportunities to enjoy the view and sounds of the country. We stored about 12 early music instruments safety on this patio overnight. A gorgeous place! Inside nicely appointed, comfortable, cozy. NICE! The name fits! "The location was a little bit farther than I expected from the location we were spending most of our time in Portland at but it's an absolutely beautiful drive to get there. The area felt very safe and comfortable. The rental was clean and well equipped to keep us all entertained for hours. The girls enjoyed the pool table and the games available. "This is a daylight basement situation with only one sliding door for ventilation. You can also hear people walking above you, but they are very considerate. The bed was not comfortable. Everything was wonderful. They supplied you with coffee creamer, coffee, A bottle of wine, welcoming, popcorn, and the bathroom had everything you could possibly need including conditioner and air freshener. The price was certainly fair for what we got. Thank you."
