Property was okay. Old but clean. They should really be more transparent on the parking fee. $50 a night seems a bit egregious especially when they state parking may have a fee in the listing.

We had no cold water in our hotel room. The pool area was not kept clean throughoutbthe day. There was foodnin the hot tub and pool later in the evening when we went to relax. Bstaff response was "it will get cleaned latee tonight"

The staff were great. Polite and helpful. The pool area was clean. The hotel overall was quiet. They offer breakfast at a price and 24/7 room service. Onsite laundry ($2 wash $2 dryer) There were several stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel does not have parking. $48 Valet option. I did find parking at the Orange St Parking Structure for $12 a day, there are several other parking options in the area ranging from $15-$54 from what I saw.
