"Hotel has aged but the rooms are spacious and clean. The front staff are bit sad/depressed but helpful. My shower didn't work as it was broken to the point that you can't turn on the water. I only discovered the morning of checking out as I only stayed 1 night. Had to take shower in a other unoccupied room. Breakfast was included but looked sad so I skipped it. "The staff was great but the condition of the property is awful. My room smelled weird and there were roaches and bugs that fly out of the sink drain. I also don't like that there is no live staff at night, just a video link to an overseas service rep. There's nobody available for reporting problems to at night. I will never stay here again. The photos misrepresented the property."
