We were staying on the property for my grandsons swim meet and loved the privacy and the small town atmosphere.The place was very large and had everything we needed and it was very clean and the game room upstairs was a game changer.We would highly recommended this place.

We stayed with our 3 kids over a weekend tournament in Grand Park. It was easy access to the fields (close enough to run over and back if needed ) and a great home base. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for when entertaining 4 families. The upstairs game area was a blast and the bedrooms were all comfortable. We would highly consider staying here next year when we are all back in town.

We had a great stay, the home was very clean and accommodating. The host responded quickly to any questions prior to our stay with great communication. This home has a unique layout and as described to sleep all our friends. The kitchen was well equipped for making a breakfast / meals for your friends or family. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities setting around a fire, and cooking out with plenty of supplied seating and firewood. The upstairs game room is spectacular! If you want to watch a game on the two large screens, enjoy the games, take a chance at air hockey, playing cards, or just hanging out this room is large and accommodating with its own bathroom. Great stay and if in the area again would certainly look to return if available.

Football Weekend

Fantastic property that was really clean and well kept! The layout worked great for 7 of us up in the area for the Purdue football game. The game room was a fantastic bonus! Everyone enjoyed the big screen tv’s, the arcade video games, and the ping pong table. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Robbie was the absolute best host. I will be recommending this property to anyone who asks. The space, and the amenities were top notch. If people wanted to enjoy the game room upstairs they were able to hang out while others had quiet space below in bedroom/living room area. Great weekend away

This was a great property for us to get away as an extended family for the weekend - celebrating a milestone birthday. The property was clean, the bedrooms were great for what we needed, and the entertainment room upstairs was AWESOME!! We spent most of our time there; playing games, watching NCAA basketball, xbox - it was the exact kind of room we wanted. Everyone kept mentioning all weekend how much they enjoyed the location. Big thanks to the owner for creating such a wonderful facility. Very easy to work with, they were super responsive to messages, never worried about anything. Would stay there again for sure!

Good place

The property worked for our group of 7 work team. We only slept there and played a few games of poker and the game room was great. We had an issue with the heating system. It could not keep up with the cold temps and it really got cold in certain rooms. Robbie was helpful and hopefully they can address it.

75th birthday gathering

Robbie's place was perfect for our stay in freezing cold January 3-5. With grandchildren ranging in ages of 10 to 1, there was enough to keep everyone busy with all the games. It was too cold to go outside.The kitchen dining area did not have enough room to accommadate 12 people, so we had to eat in shifts. Dissappointing for the birthday dinner. I would recommend putting in a bigger dining table. Also, not enough silverware for a large group, especially the forks. And lastly, a box of tissues would have been nice.These are suggestions. Overall, everyone enjoyed our time there and would like to go there again.

Great Spot for Large Groups

We had a group of 12, and I would say this is about the maximum amount that could comfortably stay. We were really impressed with the property, as this feels very newly renovated. This is a great spot for those with kids, as there are plenty of indoor activities provided, along with a good amount of yard space and blacktop for basketball, bikes, skateboards, etc. The dining area does have trouble seating that many people, so you do need to spill into the attached living room, but it wasn't a problem for us. Bonus points for the extra refrigerator. Communication was great with the host. Checking in was easy, they responded immediately when we needed help logging into the YouTube TV, and they communicated with us about extra time at check out due to the cleaners running later than normal. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of a few extra hours, but it was appreciated nonetheless. We didn't venture out into the town much, but there was a fall festival at the park down the street and larger towns are close by. For those playing at Grand Park, this would be a great spot - it's probably not even 10 minutes away and you're not running coming in from that side of the park.

The home was very clean and the host was responsive. The game room was perfect for our mixed age family group. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was on the small side but we were able to make it work just fine. We appreciated the extra commercial size refrigerator. The location was perfect for us and close enough to Indy area to do fun outings.
