"Great check in and breakfast but the beds are very hard and the pillows awful. Choice of firm ie rock hard or soft and very lumpy. Horrible prickly fabric left my face itchy and uncomfortable, consequently didn’t sleep and had an early tunnel train so not a great start to my holiday"
