Pool and Bath

The swimming pool requires wearing swimming cap, which is nice though I couldn't enjoy until I got one. Be careful of the hot bath. That's so much hot that I couldn't put my whole body under the water

The parking was convenient but each time I trued to leave the lot would try to charge for parking so I would need to go back inside the hotel to fix it. Also the quality of the breakfast buffet was not as good as the last few visits.

Our first Sofitel

This was our first time staying at a Sofitel hotel and we enjoyed almost everything. We stayed on the club level and Jason, the young man taking care of the clubroom, was extraordinary in terms of his friendliness and attention. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good with bacon almost like western style in terms of crispiness. The pool was a major factor in selecting this hotel but we were disappointed in its configuration. Each end of the pool was very shallow and the middle of the pool was deeper. This made it almost impossible to do any kind of a turn and do lap swimming. The other amenities connected to the pool and the gym were top-notch. There was a hot tub in the public area so both men and women could use it and there were same sex hot tubs and saunas in the locker rooms. The hotel was about 70 m from the subway exit which made it convenient to access from the train station.

The hotel is located in the south of the city, near the Hun He river, opposite to the city library. It's about 10 minutes away on foot from K11 Shopping Mall. On the whole the hotel is good, and the staff are nice and friendly. However, it was funny I was allocated with a smoking room even though I had asked for a non-smoking room. The beds are comfortable, and they have very big TV sets. The breakfast is good with many options of food to choose. Personally I like the carrot juice most, and it looks very healthy. Well, to my surprise and a little disappointment, the swimming pool is rather small, but that's ideal for children and those who don't swim.

Excellent service

Excellent and fantastic service especially Susan who helped us to check in at the counter immediately after our arrival.Ms Stella ,the staff at the executive lounge was very helpful arranged food for us despite working for more than 12 hours,so as her colleagues.Hotel had just been renovated so everything were new.It is located near to metro station and made travelling easy.

The hotel is perfect in any sense! Luxurious, clean, extremely friendly and professional staff! Everyone is willing to help!
