Newly decorated with central air conditioning, pool/game room. Large picture windows throughout overlooking water – great vacation home for large family. Deep water dock, six and half feet at low tide on shallow end, for up to 60 boat. Swim, Fish, Sail, Boating. Commercial ice machine, 450 pounds of ice a day for beach, boating or your party!
