• A bright, open-concept living area with wood-burning fireplace
• 3 cozy bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full, and one with 2 twin beds
• 2 full bathrooms one with tub and shower and one stall shower.
• Sofa bed in living room + futon in basement playroom for extra guests
•Fast wifi and fully equipped kitchen.
Outside & Extras:
• Expansive yard with fire pit – perfect for evening s’mores
• Playroom & fitness space in basement
• Beach gear, and toys for kids included
• Peaceful neighborhood, great for nature lovers
Whether you’re exploring the island’s quiet beaches, enjoying a backyard BBQ, or riding bikes. this home offers the space and comfort to unwind. I live in an apartment on the property so I’m available if an emergency arises. I will always respect your privacy. This is a family oriented neighborhood please no parties.
