The north country of NH is one of the better places to do star photography east of the Mississippi River. I took this picture right outside the campground along US Rt 2 at an abandoned rest stop. I cannot say enough good things about Timberland Campground . . . . owners are wonderful and it's a nice quiet place to camp. Technical info: Camera: Canon 80D Lens: Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 ISO: 1000 Shutter: 25 seconds Aperture: f/2.8 Facing Northeast on June 15 about midnight.

Staff was wonderful, room was great, pool/hot tub/steam room were clean and running seamlessly. Restaurant & lounge on site were amazing - great food, especially the specials, with a great atmosphere to relax after a long day of skiing/snowmobiling.
