Staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and well appointed.
The daily happy hour is three hours long and includes complimentary beer and wine and lite noshes.
Breakfast was fantastic and had something for everyone.
GREAT location. Subway is just a few steps away.
This is our new favorite property in NYC.

There were issues with the elevators. Every time they stopped on our floor they were completely full. After waiting for 20 minutes we finally took the elevator going up just so we can go down.

Unfortunately, the elevators did not work during our stay. Out of five elevators only two worked. The breakfast buffet was very good, well staffed and had a lot of variety.
