"The property was not at all to the standard expected. The main issues were the non-working safes, TWO of which didn’t work, the second requiring us to hang around for hours and miss the start of lunch, and the inaccessibility of the room when clearly there were junior suites on the first floor above Reception which we could have used. My father struggled to go up and down the long corridors and the several flights of stairs to the room. No help was offered with bags. We had notified early of preference for an accessible room"

"Well presented hotel in the heart of Sheffield. Rooms were a good size & was clean to a high standard, beds were modern & extremely comfortable. En suite was a decent size & shower was powerful although the temperature settings could do with adjustments. Noisy toilet flush with after noise echoing. Breakfast was delicious with options suited to all, hot self service breakfast, cereals, juices, toast with selection of spreads & meat & cheese. Bar open late & food available at bar or room service. "
