That could have been handled so differently. She is not a person who should be dealing with public. She needs some classes in how to handle situations. That would be the reason I would not return. "

No elevator was hard on old knees. Mold by the bathtub. The breakfast was awful! Toast, one pastry, stale cereal, milk and apple juice in a pitcher and coffee. That's it. I would actually stay here again just because the suite was huge "
