This was the perfect place for our family to spend the week together between Christmas and the New Year! Cozy lake-house with beautiful view of the lake, easy access for ice fishing from the back of the house, fenced yard for our dog, town nearby with bowling and good, local restaurants. Owner thoughtfully let us borrow an ice auger as we didn't travel with one for fishing. The fire place was nice while it was extra cold and added to ambiance. You will need to buy fire wood if there more than a day or two if choose to use. Also will need to make plans for what to do with your trash if from a distance a way bc there's no trash pick up.

We booked this property for a road America weekend
It was perfect for our needs
Comfortable beds and beautiful spot on the lake to cool off and relax after a day at the races. We’re looking forward to staying again.
This home had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. We played games in front of the fire and exercised our dog in the (surprise!) fenced-in backyard.
We were looking for an oasis from the stress and busyness of life. We found it here! Beautiful, quiet home on the water with all the amenities we could ask for. And our little dog was welcome and loved it, too!
We had a great time! Property was better than expected and really enjoyed access to the lake. Boat and kayaks were a great option. We’ll definitely be back next year.
Great house on the lake. Very quiet and serene. We loved the whole experience and would go back again. The owners provided great communication, even during our stay.
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home, especially waking up to the gorgeous views of Tittle Lake. My entire family loved returning to the house after spending our days at the race track. It provided the perfect place to relax and rewind.
Bliss! We had a fabulous vacation with the Lillipad as our main base. We hiked on 5 trails, canoed in 3 lakes, and swam in 3 more - the easy access to the Kettle Moraine area was perfect (esp Long Lake). The delightful little hamlet of Dundee was nearby if we needed a bite to eat, though that wasn't often as the cottage had the best equipped kitchen of any Vrbo rental we've ever enjoyed. And the views from the cottage! Ahhh, wish we could have stayed longer.
Very peaceful and relaxing. Even though there was no ice for fishing, my husband and his friends had a great time for his 40th bday. Perfect set up for fishing. Had everything we needed.
The cabin was as expected. It was clean, well stocked with the essential cooking tools, great nooks for reading, and anything one might need is a 20 min. drive away. The only downfall was the algae in the lake. Thankfully there was a state park nearby with a great beach.
The owners went above and beyond to see that we got the items that my son left behind.
We had planned to have another couple stay with us, but it ended-up being just my wife and I. So, it was a little expensive for just 2 of us, but it was great. We loved the wood floors and character of the house. The neighbors are very close, but it was very quiet. We even got to meet the neighbor's black lab, Charlie, who is very friendly.
We love the fall colors in the fall - and Lilly pad is close to many hikes and scenic drives. The owners communicate in a timely fashion - and respond when we have questions. Beautiful deck if it's warm out - with a lake access and boats. Sulfur in the water - but you get used to it - there's a fresh water supply for drinking and coffee.
My husband and I needed a peaceful getaway and this property did not disappoint. We spent lots of time relaxing on the beautiful deck in between fishing and kayaking. A quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants. I was also pleasantly surprised to find gourmet cookware in the kitchen, and luxury towels and linens. A perfect blend for my country husband and his city wife! The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. Such great hosts. So happy we found this beautiful place!
The property was very clean and check in was a breeze, we also had great communication with the property manager.
We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals and having a dishwasher made the time at the lake home much more relaxing. The lake area was so quiet and peaceful, we found some great walking trails very close to the house. The streaming tv and the wireless connections worked perfectly so we were always able to stay connected and cozy next to the fireplace, which we used every day.
One important thing you might want to know is that the garbage has to be removed from the property and taken. to the state park and put in a dumpster. To dump garbage at the state park, you need a park sticker, which we purchased on line and consider it a donation to the Wisconsin state parks.
Since it was November, when we arrived, the weather. wasn't nice enough to take the boat out, (which you can rent separately). The pontoon that's available is a very nice and large boat, you can put the entire family on it.
We would love to make a return visit to the lake home in the summer when we can take advantage of all the fun toys and probably some awesome fishing. Thank you. Lillibridge family for a wonderful stay.
Wow, what a weekend! My wife had an idea to go away to Wisconsin and have a fishing weekend for just the two of us. We looked at ALL of the houses that fit into our price range and distance we wanted to travel...and were on a lake. This property won our lottey.
The house was quirky, but awesome. If you are the type of person who needs ultra modern amenities and the best of everything...this house might not be for you. But if you like a place with indescribable personality, a good value, a place to have some solitude and relaxation, AND still be comfortable....then book it now!
The wood floors and walls throughout the house, the fireplace, and the beautiful back yard set the mood of a rustic getaway. The pontoon boat that we also rented for a very reasonable price, took the trip to the next level. We went out and fished and caught fish both days we took it out. But he best part of the trip was that it was refreshing and renewing. Quietness surrounded us, and my wife and I were able to have great conversation and get to know each other even better (which is saying something after 27 years of marriage).
The main bed upstairs was comfy and added to our relaxing time! We drove a couple of miles along the lake and tried a couple of the local eateries in Dundee, which was fun as well. Everyone we ran into was so kind and showed great hospitality...and Tony and Kristin were great hosts and were very communicative! Try this house out...we loved it here!!
This place is fantastic. So much to do! Great location in a quiet part of the lake. This is our second year in a row staying here and we plan on coming back every year.
