"Anderson gave 5star customer service! It was raining when I checked out and he offered to carry my luggage out to my car for me. Check-in was a breeze and all the personal touches in the room were wonderful. This hotel is a gem and I will definitely stay there again!"

"All was great! Check in was easy, staff very friendly and professional. Loved the welcome drink. Only complaint is I was not told about the parking fee or the resort fee but knew about it ahead of time from reading reviews. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. We had a poolside room which was perfect for a morning swim. Would definitely recommend and would comeback when in area!"

"The staff was so helpful. When we dropped a bottle of wine and it broke on the floor, the front desk cleaned it up and sent us another bottle of wine to our room with a very nice note. When we had to move to another room, they were very understanding and moved us immediately. Great personal service. The beach view was incredible. "
