In-town conveniences and the wonderful recreational opportunities of Shaver Lake are only three miles northwest, where you can go boating, fishing, hiking, or mountain biking on the lakeshore. China Peak Mountain Resort is 22 miles northwest, offering seven lifts for skiing and snowboarding in winter, as well as scenic lift rides and fantastic mountain biking opportunities during summer.
Guests will have access to the entire house with only 3 hall closets locked for owner use.

This amazing home also boasts a complete mother-in-law unit downstairs w/bedroom, bath, living area, kitchen, and laundry closet. Plus, the ample room on the wrap-around deck will provide the perfect place to fire up the gas grill and gather for an outdoor meal with a view!
