"A little run down. Elevator broken. I booked two rooms and my sister in law booked one, her mom booked one as well. For some reason the front desk decided to give my two rooms adjoining to them. They said, “because we had the same last name” which was odd why they would then put the second room I booked way down on the other end of the hall? Four rooms total, mine were split up. The room itself was small and old carpet but splash harbor is super cute and fun for the kids! "

"Room had dog food on the floor from previous tenants. The metal thing under the bed is uncalled for . The floor from pool all the way to the 2nd floor was soaking wet from people coming out of the pool. No wet floor signs . "
