Convenience at it's best in this cozy home in the Litchfield Hills - directly next to Sharon Hospital and a 5-minute walk into town. This quaint home is the perfect place to nestle in this winter with accessibility to the best attractions the area has to offer. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, quiet neighborhood with private parking. Close to the Berkshires and convenient access to NYC, 15-minute drive to the Metro-North Station in Wassaic, NY. Available for long-term rentals from January to April 2021.

THE SPACE: Cozy and quaint 2 bedroom home, perfect for a New England winter. Sip coffee in the sunny dining nook. Large deck on back of house, small patio in the front. Main area has open floor plan. Two bedrooms are located upstairs with bathroom. Basement area with additional refrigerator. Washer and dryer on main floor. This is a private home, fully furnished and equipped - 960 SQ FT total.
