"Decent place for a quick night. Felt safe for traveling alone. Rooms were very clean however even though it says no smoking I could very clearly smell like the room had been smoked in before and it agitated my breathing as I am super sensitive to that. Staff was great, amenities are great. I did notice at breakfast some people had dirty boots that left dirt on the floor in the dining area, no biggie, except after everyone left staff was just standing around and could have just swept up the insane amount of dirt off the floor in the room and in the elevators. Looked like dirty boots are a thing as there was a boot cleaner just outside the entrance of the facility too. Again not a big deal, but if you have time to stand around and chat you can quickly take a broom to the floor to get the chunks of dirt picked up."

The food served in the tavern was incredible at dinner, and breakfast buffet on Sunday was complimentary, with a huge breakfast delivered to the room on Monday was also great, and complimentary. "We stayed for 2 nights in this immaculately clean house. The fence is properly secure all the way around the front and side of the property, which allowed our dogs to run free as much as they wished. The air conditioning was EXCELLENT, keeping the entire house at 68F on a 98F day. Very nice for northerners like us, who like it chilly. The one room that didn't have central air was the mud room (back entrance) had a window unit.A few snacks were provided on the kitchen counter, which was a nice touch. The host requests that you scrub the Jacuzzi bath after use, which is a fair thing to ask. The grill worked well for us, and the fire pit was ready to use. I only discovered after bringing my own locally-purchased wood, that the owner has a shack full of split wood next to the house!The house itself was very pretty with exposed brick, sealed-up fireplaces, and gorgeous wood molding throughout. The king bed was very comfortable, and the kids had no complaints about theirs. I would absolutely stay here again."
