Jollie was well located close to the convention Center so ideal for my trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful to me thanks to some small tips here and there. Generally though, Sharm el sheik is an odd destination so what ever is happening at the resort is it. Jollie as a property is okay but fairly run down. The main building wasn’t nice so I upgraded (for fre) to a newer wing which was lovely, quiet and more spacious. Had I not been able to upgrade my review would have been much more negative

An amazing place to stay!
I had an amazing time at Jolie Ville. The staff were super friendly, always on had for anything you need and very accommodating. The whole resort was immaculate and very clean!

This trip was really enjoyable. The hotel's service is great. The staff is fast and helpful. They accommodate our rooms according to what we asked. The view is great especially at night when the weather is cool.

Sharm-el-sheikh stay
This is not a five star hotel as they advert themselves. Maximum rate is three stars. Hotel has been opened since 1998. and not refurbished or redecorated at all. Most of the guests are domestic from different part of Egypt and because of their own restrictions we have experienced bullying by other guests. We have reported that to the staff and managers and they allowed us to dine in the smaller restaurant to prevent us being exposed to starring of other guests. They claim there are eight swimming pools of which one is real swimming pool and others are small connected into one big for Children play. There is no real beach as hotel is on the rocks over the Red Sea. There are docks in the sea with the stairs to enter the sea which is dirty as strong currents bring rubbish from neighbouring areas and countries. Room itself was spacoius (we stayed in Royal Wing), however every morning we were left dirty (or bad washed) towels. Beach towels are your own responsibility and you need to take them with you if you go for lunch otherwise pool guards will remove it and you will be liable for a charge. Food choice is not great, mountains of rice with meat and vegetables, but taste of everything was mean, I doubt freshness of food as both of us got diarrhoea and we were on all inclusive package, but this is far from all inclusive as there are no proper beach or pool bars (they serve only coffee and juices and ice cream at certain times). Internet is chargeable. There is no alcohol.

We have stayed here many times over the years. It has always been excellent. Due to Covid and lower bookings some of the restaurants were closed which is a shame but totally understandable. However the staff went out of their way to make up for this. They provided Lebanese food on one occasion and opened the Tepenaki restaurant twice for us. All the staff were brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. We will be back!

Worst hotel
Worst vacation ever !! I stayed first 2 nights pools weren’t working, 3rd day just 1 pool started to work & till the day that i left the hotel, the other sea salt pool & the aqua park were not operated. I stayed there 7 nights. We found mud in the kettle. 1st day was raining, water was falling inside the rooms from everywhere ( bathroom, walls, even through electricity & inside the closet) Food is not a 5 star hotel. And they proved it that they can do much better food quality when they set 1dinner event but with extra 60$ fees ( food quality was totally 100% different). Before leaving i paid a car transportation for my dad to get him to the airport & at the time of leaving the driver closed his phone and the hotel’s reply was that this driver is new & we don’t have his contact & they cant help, so we had to pay again for another car to leave quickly not miss the flight.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. They are all very nice and always smiling. When I first arrived they could not see my booking so they told me to have dinner until they looked into it and when I came back they upgraded the view of my room for free. I felt a little sick the next day and when they found out the doctor on site personally called me, sent me medication, and the hotel sent my food to my room all day, asking if I had any special requests. The room service employee was also exceptionally nice. They even accommodated my late checkout at a great price. I honestly felt like I was at home. Will definitely be coming back here and definitely recommend the place, staff, and view.

The staff is dedicated at their work There is no sea view rooms even if your reservation is superior sea view simply because the beach is 400 meters away from the rooms and the view is totally blocked by palm trees and swimming pools, so it makes no differece if you reserve sea view or not you are not going to see the sea. The Animation team is the most boring in Sharm. The beach area is not sandy beach , it is a lot of ladders that you have to climb with very limited area for seating The taxi price in this hotel is reasonable i strongly advise to use it.

not recommended by any means! Terrible reservation stuff leaves at pm therefrom if you make reservation at night then it will not be effective and you have to wait 2- 3 hrs till the receptionist reach to his manager to check reservation inbox to can allow you to check in.

This is not a 5 star All Inclusive, it is a 3 star at best. The standard of food throughout the resort is quite low and there is an awful lot that is not included on the All Inclusive. This is the only hotel that I have ever stayed in where a Club Sandwich or Burger and Fries is an extra cost. The food is repetitive on a daily basis, let alone a weekly basis

Nice hotel but the occupancy of local people is terrible they come down in the pool with clothes and the buffet doent have fresh juice and so poor in fruits it doesnt look like a 5 star buffet

I have tried many hotels in Shram el sheikh but maritim is the best one. very friendly service, nice location on the beach away from crowded Naama bay, the pools are marvelous with many choices from the large pool to pool with water games for kids, sea water pools and an extremely nice serpentine pool which has small pools branching from it almost like your own private pool. Overall the holiday of a lifetime

Amazing holiday. All staff from restaurant staff to lifeguards very helpful and friendly.Food was excellent every meal we ate there.The breakfasts were a delight. The only criticism might be the coffee as this was dispensed from a machine - not a good substitute for real coffee and spoilt the breakfast experience a little.

High class hotel with a tremendous facilities.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was a quiet and relaxing environment. Golf facilities, gym and health cub were superb. Gardens and green fields around the hotel are beautiful and spacious.

So much to do
Beautiful grounds, wonderful feel to the hotel. We paid more to upgrade to a pool view room in the Royal Wing, which worked out perfectly. The Royal Wing is definitely a good spot to be if you have children. Our room was close to the water playground and that suited our two daughters, who are three and six years old. The room number was 3403. The first room they put us in was soulless, with a very poor view. It pays to upgrade. We will be back!

It is a good hotel beautiful sea view relaxing the food is good and I suggest to eat in the hotel because in downtown the food is not tasty at all with a poor quality don't go to Mc Donald at Naama Bay because the smell and hygiene is terrible inside the restaurant For transportation the shuttle goes every 3 hours to downtown but you meet a good taxi driver and ask for his mobile and can pick you up at any time with a fair price as it happens to us we met Ahmad an engineer working a taxi driver he was a great guy But be carfull from the leisure agencies they don't provid what they promise even if they in the hotel that's what happened with us

AMAZING HOTEL
AMAZING HOTEL TO LIVE IN. THEY HAVE GOT THE BEST PRIVATE CORAL REEF BAY JUST OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. IT IS HUGE AND THE STAFF IS REALLY VERY FRIENDLY. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WILL DEFINATELY VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

exceeded my expectation
It is good value for the money, not highest luxury, but very reasonable standard. especially if you are getting reasonable price. It is more of a family getaway with a nice beach coral, and lots of restaurants. One thing that really surprised me is the way beyond my expectation was the food quality, we actually ended-up looking forward for the dinner time. I will off course go there again if price is reasonable
