I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.

"This is a great resort , quit , beautiful beach with coral reefs , beautiful infinity pool. The downside is the room AC , it is not as cold as needed. The golf cart take 5-10 min to arrive. Overall great hotel , dont forget to book at the new building as the rooms are way better."
