Lake House Luxury on Mousam Lake

  • Brand new (built in 2016) lake house nestled into a small cove (off of a no wake zone) with a beautiful sandy beach for the kids and private dock!
    This house is not your typical lake living. 3 generous sized bedrooms, air conditioning, 2 car garage, deck, and flat beach area are just some of the wonderful amenities that await. After a relaxing day on the lake sink in to the jetted tub in the master-bath or sit on the deck and listen to the Loons!

    Bring your boat and enjoy the water sports that Mousam has to offer; such as water skiing, tubing, or fishing. There is a public boat launch.

    Living room offers a large sectional couch with a 75" flat screen TV.

    This house has it all and will surely be a place to make lasting family memories in any of the 4 seasons. Enjoy the view from the multi tiered deck. No matter the season this home has it all!
