Staff friendly and helpful, room was good, but carpets throughout could do with an upgrade.
Breakfas, there was a good choice and variety but if you're not a big eater it is expensive.

The eggs at breakfast should NOT be powdered when paying $40 and the requested fried egg was somehow half raw
Also the steak was over cooked at the tavern
Room service would be amazing if you’d add it
