"Stella was extremely helpful with communication before arrival regarding booking a taxi to Montenegro as well as other taxis to get around some sights - her English was flawless which extends to her humour as well.
The other team members in the hotel and cafe bar where breakfast is taken equally as friendly and approachable.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was lovely, good choices and large!
Location was convenient for walking everywhere

"Excellent hotel right in the hub of the city. Staff were outstanding. Very helpful and obliging. We used the indoor pool after a hot bike ride - very refreshing - great spa staff member.
Hotel stored our luggage for 3 days at no charge after check out. Very convenient whilst we travelled to Komani Lake for 3 nights.

"Loved our one night stay here. A modern, comfortable and stylish hotel set in beautiful landscape. Hotel room was top drawer with the most comfortable bed on our tour around Albania/Montenegro. "We had a fantasy stay at Hotel Aleks! One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. There was a real sense of family towards each other and towards us (as the guests). The presentation of the property, the rooms and the cleanliness was far beyond our expectations. Despite an initial issue with Expedia they accomodated us with kindness. They included a few extra touches such as coffee, water and figs from their own garden. In addition, they were prompt and supported us with organising a daily trip with pick up from the hotel and with general information about the local area.
