Love the host and surrounding areas of the apartment. Very convenient. Host is very responsive

The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

I think their breakfast area was under construction and wouldn't recommend having breakfast there in saying that we were luckily the hotel room we had was complete house so no problem for us at all i actually enjoyed my stay there very friendly staff.

Overall environment and cleanness of the hotel is great. However, service of staff at restaurants have to be improved

I absolutely loved my stay at URBN Boutique Shanghai. The hotel is spotless, stylish, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day out. Breakfast was excellent — The staff were consistently kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything. I also appreciated how peaceful and safe the area felt, while still being close to great shopping and dining options. Everything about this hotel made my trip better — I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.
