However the email that arrived just prior to check-in that advised the use of earplugs to block the sound of traffic and trains…well it was good advice, but arrived a little too late. "The hosts were welcome and the amenities in fine condition. This is a terrific house on a great site - thoughtfully designed, very new, and also well planted. We had a fine stay! And could not recommend it too highly. The beaches north and south along the gently rolling downs of North Otago are very beautiful."
