"Clean room , attentive staff and nice area"

"I booked because the hotel indicates it is pet friendly. I was not made aware of the $150 pet fee until I arrived with my tiny dog. Even with the fee, they still have a policy against dogs are nearly all the restaurants and the pool. Also, I had called numerous times to inquire about early check-in and was given vague answers of availability. I was never told that, even if your room is available, there is a $75 fee imposed for any check-in prior to 4pm (even just an hour or so early). I feel like this hotel has an additional add on fee for every interaction."

"A convenient location to restaurants and spas in Duluth. Continental breakfast is good. Room is nice and clean. "

"The bed was sagging too much that I was literally sinking into the bed. I asked for a different room and the front desk said that all the rooms are sold out yet the parking is only half full. I couldn’t sleep at all during my stay. "

"We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite. "

"No shops nearby it’s really a hidden gem frfr nice peaceful secluded getaway to actually unwind and relax u have to go down to the next exit if u want to go to stores or get food it’s meant to stay in and enjoy ur stay "
