"Parking was adequate and we were able to get close to the door. The breakfast was very good and multiple items to choose from that were in abundance throughout the time I was eating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting the most bang for your buck when visiting Blue Ridge GA. "

"The cabin was beautiful. It was clean but really needs a deep clean. Places were dusty. Our issue was the AC was not cooling the cabin. We messaged the host and while waiting for a response realized the unit had frozen over. We sent pictures to show how it was frozen on the outside and inside of the unit. We received a response that she was sorry and would see about getting someone out to service the unit. We turned it completely off so it could thaw and left to go hiking. While we were away, we were asked if it was ok for someone to enter the home while we were away. We said yes and thought we would come back to a cooler feel to the cabin. When we returned the cabin was HOT. The unit was still off and we contacted the host and she said she was still trying to get someone there. I kept her informed that we did turn the unit back on but it still seemed to be struggling to cool the cabin. We have not received any response and no one showed up. Our other couple slept with their windows open each night to get relief. My husband and I pretty much slept with covers off of us and we moved to the lower level which was cooler but not comfortable. Robin was very quick to respond with questions and insights to ideas on things we could do. I am not sure what happened with communication about the reported issue. We should have had a relaxing time but it was not very relaxing when you toss and turn all night due to being hot. "

"The dishwashers was left for us to unload when we arrived. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The only vent in the bedroom is blocked by the bed, so sleeping was difficult due to being hot. There is no fan in the bedroom to help circulates the air.The good thing is that the owners were very kind and helpful when asked questions.The cabin is close to the river where you just walk across the property to fish or enjoy the river. The road/area was not busy. Very private. "

"This BEAUTIFUL Cottage was the most absolute perfect Getaway for me, my husband, and our fur babies. Thats not an exaggeration either! There is a slightly steep hike down to the cottage. The walkway is made from mulch that is outlined in rocks, ropes, and the most adorable string lights. It was like walking through a fairy forest or something magical. The cottage on the outside is so adorable. They have an outside shower, that honestly should have a privacy fence now due to the traffic on the other side of the little creek. I could see the potential for the romance with the outside shower, but not with the multiple cars driving by and the potential for possibly what looks like a pad for a cabin to be built in the view of the outside shower. Speaking of shower, that is the only one on this property. The claw foot tub does have a handle with a shower head though. Anyways, there is a cute and quaint place to sit beside the creek where you can grill out and lay in a two person hammock. As soon as you walk into the cottage, your jaw hits the floor with how romantic and beautifully done they made this cottage. Our minds were blown! The chandelier they have hanging over the bed is so beautiful, especially at night when the outside fairy lights are shining in and reflecting from it. The kitchen is small, but it is perfect for two people and had everything we could have needed or ask for! I am running out of characters, so really quick, this place is perfect! Highly recommend"
