Superb location, lovely staff, great room … although sadly on a very noisy, albeit very small street. It wouldn’t put me off staying again though.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Great location and nice view on the river. A few cons: Soap and shower gel was not refilled in 2 weeks stay. Aircond was almost not working. Windows soundproof was quite weak, we could hear quite well people speaking on the balcony downstairs.

We paid for a junior suite, and what we got was not what was advertised. I’m pretty sure they gave us the wrong room, but we were only there for one night and it wasn’t until hours after we checked in that we realized the room we got was not what we saw prior to booking. The room was okay. It wasn’t pristinely clean; the grout between the tiles in the shower needed to be sprayed with bleach and scrubbed with a toothbrush. Otherwise, it appeared clean. I’m probably just being nitpicky, but that’s something I notice. The balcony was nothing special; no plants, minimal furniture; the wall needed a paint job. Scratches and dents on furniture. It’s been lived in, I get it. I don’t expect perfection, but I was just a little surprised. Overall, the room was fine. I just thought it would be better for $100/night. I paid $88/night for a hotel in Telavi that was completely luxurious.
