The rooms were very clean, the only thing missing in the room was a hair dryer, and the parking was very far from our room plus we had to climb stairs.

It clean, comfortable. Right on the beach. Great for our family. It's unique. Loved the bikes. Lots of good restaurants around. The Thai place across the street was out favorite.

Front desk staff were amazing so were the bar staff, and cleaning staff. The valet wasn’t at the front door so that defeated the point. I used SpotHero and booked a private covered space. Bar staff at the pool was not properly supported. My view out the balcony was a wall. Didn’t hate, wouldn’t stay again. Guess which one is the bath towel and which is the bath mat

I had a good stay at the hotel however at check out I had the valet bring my car out front to leave. By the time I get to my car and the valet hands me my keys the key is broken and my car won’t start. I had to get a lock smith to come to the hotel and make a new key, the lock smith explained to management the key had been dropped causing an infrared disconnection. It cost me $600 bucks and management do? Try their very best to avoid responsibility. “Oh maybe it was dropped yesterday and had a delayed reaction” uhh no! There’s no self parking, valet is required and I handed over my keys in working condition. I return to my car and all of a sudden my key doesn’t work and the locksmith explanation is my key was dropped points in one direction pretty clearly to me.
