"Great breakfast, cleanish rooms. Door lock on our room was futsy and wouldn't consistently open the way normal people open doors. Hotel guests were VERY loud until 11 PM, and management did not make an effort to quiet things down. Meaning my young kids couldn't get to sleep for hours. Shower was luke-warm both evening and morning. "

"The hotel was in very poor condition. We were offered 4 different rooms…each room was worse than the previous. We requested a refund and were denied our request. Black mold, bugs in the bathroom, grease on TV, spilt soda on the floor, dust on the tables, hair in the tub…. Just a few of the issues"

"Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected."
