Other Things to Note:

-Cabin located in a community, you will have neighbors nearby.
-Quiet Time after 10:00pm
-No parties allowed. If more guests are found on the property, than are listed on the reservation, you may be asked to leave, without a refund.
-Pets not allowed. If pets are found, you may be asked to leave, without refund, and charged an additional pet cleaning fee.
-Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, and present on premises at all time.
-No smoking on the premises
-Doorbell Camera and Outdoor Camera overlooking the driveway are present. There are no indoor cameras.
-Starter kits provided for toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, and paper towels. Please expect to buy additional supplies for extended stays.
-Place all trash in bags in Bear safe receptacles. Trash will be picked up mid stay (for stays longer than 3 days) and at check out, by our cleaning staff.
-Hot Tub use is at one's own risk.
-No early check-ins or late check-outs
-Availability of amenities not guaranteed, such as hot tub, heated pool, fireplace, arcade, and other games. All items do require intermittent maintenance and sometimes break down.
-No refunds outside the cancellation window. Hosts are not responsible for any illness, injury, death in the family, work related, travel issues, or any other issues that would result in the guest not being able to honor their reservation. We STRONGLY encourage Travel insurance to protect you in these circumstances.
-By confirming your reservation, guests agree to not hold hosts personably liable for any personal injury, or property damage, that occurs while on the premises.
