Host was very responsive and did a great job of communicating. We loved that this cabin was at the top of the community, highest point on the mtn. Worked well for our family reunion.
Absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for our meeting, everyone had their own bed/bath, the deck was amazing!! Plenty of space for together and alone time. Upkeep was awesome! Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped for our needs, while we didn’t use, having the pool and hot tub options are great! Will definitely be back.
Rooms were all great. Beds very comfortable. And nicely decorated. You can tell some of the other furniture is older and worn. The pool heater broke right as we were gonna check in so it was kinda cold. For the price it probably could be more modernized a little. But worked out perfectly for all our family and friends that stayed with us.
House was amazing, bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, amenities were excellent! Even the views were beautiful. It was quiet but close to everything. We had a great time!!
House was perfect for our family vacation! We traveled with 16 adults and 1 child and the house had plenty of space to host us and entertain us all for the week! Check in was super easy, house was clean, and when we needed something communication and responsiveness was 10/10. Highly recommend!!
I booked this cabin for my husbands 40th birthday and we came here with 8 other couples. The place was clean & spacious and we had a fantastic time. Communication was incredible and the contacts I had were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely book this place again should another occasion similar to this arise
We used this house for a work retreat, and it was perfect! The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. There was a large, covered, outdoor meeting space. Each bedroom had its own bath.An item was left and the property management was quick to respond and get it shipped backed to the owner. This location is on our list for next year!
Really enjoyed it again. 2nd year kids and grandkids reall like the property. Convenient to town but quieter in the hills. We’ll be back for sure.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Cool place but bad experience
This cabin was very pretty but the whole reason we rented the place was for the pool. We booked the place months in advanced for a weekend in December so the kids could swim. Unfortunately the mini split
The cabin itself was large and beautiful. The location is about 15 minutes from the parkway so not too bad at all. There are some smaller shops nearby for essentials so you don’t have to go all the way to town. The layout of the cabin is perfect for larger groups and really does have one of the best views for neighborhood. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is nestled at the top to make it a bit more private than some of the others in the neighborhood. The pavilion is fantastic for dinner with everyone.
The cabin was clean for the most past but we did wipe down a few things before unpacking.
The hosts once we arrived were quick to respond and helpful.
I gave one star for the accuracy of the posting because we booked this cabin based off the address on VRBO, however the actual location was about a half hour away from that location. We were specifically booking to be in a nearby location to others coming to town. We received three different addresses for the the place.
In addition, the ads between VRBO, other sites, and the host site all varied in the cabin layout/rooms. I have two separate emails confirming there are 8 king bedrooms with bathrooms from VRBO and the host. There are only three king rooms out of ten. This wouldn’t have been as frustrating had we not confirmed on two separate occasions the bedroom situation after seeing the ad differences.
Communication was terrible. We still have unresolved billing issues after our stay. The cabin was not very clean- furniture was gross- stained and dirty. Deck furniture was awful on the main house. The only place to gather a large group is outside.
positive:
location, clean pool, great customer service, always available by text if we had any question, 2 wonderful Jacuzzi
... and many more
negative;
may need to add 2nd fridge
Our family from across the country stayed here for a funeral weekend. The house was set up nicely and stocked well. It appears our stay was on the front end of the home being completed and there were several "punch list" items that still needed to be completed, but our family's focus was elsewhere during the stay so surrounding construction, windy weather and the punch list items weren't detracting. The views were great and the home's site placement to the surrounding homes provided privacy.
The company that manages this property was super easy to deal with and had great communication. The house itself was well stocked with toilet paper, bathroom soaps, and some dishwasher and laundry detergent. There was even multiple hair dryers! The kitchen could’ve been cleaner and the oven smoked like something had burned on the bottom when we used it, but the kitchen was also well stocked with multiple pots, pans, appliances, and dishes. The pool was cloudy by the end of the week but was nice and warm for the kids. Overall, great property and we would definitely stay again!
The place was great the host responded to all our requests. Some food for thought the grill was a total disaster we cleaned for 45 minutes to get the grease out. The venetian blinds were very dusty. The outside area had trash all around beer bottles, cans, and paper trash.
Our 4 children, their spouses and 11 grandchildren spent a week together here. It was great having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was enjoyed by many as well as the hot tubs. The filters on the hot tubs needed cleaning but thankfully one of the guests has one at home and knew how to do that. The kitchen got a lot of use feeding the hungry crowd. The ice maker could not keep up but luckily the nearby dollar store had plenty of ice. We could have used bigger cooking pots to feed our crowd but there were plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils. We would have used the vacuum but it was broken. The gathering place / pavilion above the pool was a splendid place to gather after dinner and enjoy corn hole, shows put on by the children, singing, and games. Enjoyed visiting and hiking in Smoky Mountain National Park nearby. Overall, a wonderful time together.
From the booking to the check out communication was excellent. The house itself is beautiful with a perfect hilltop location. The bedrooms were huge and each has a bathroom which was perfect for our large group. There were two living rooms so the younger adults and older adults could have their own space and we loved the games as well. Kitchen was well appointed, but was missing a few essentials. However when I let the agency know they sent someone over with the missing can opener. The pool was a plus and everyone enjoyed it, even without heating it the temp was good. The location was perfect! Between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but away from the crowds. The only suggestion would be to add a second coffee pot for those families that drink a ton of coffee.
This property is so new that we were a little worried when we didn't find it on Google maps. However, the property management company got back with me with special instructions to the home and ensured me that we had plenty of parking. I've stayed in several cabins over the years that sit at the top of a mountain with sharp curves, dropoffs and little parking, so I wanted to ensure that we'd have no trouble getting a 15-passenger van and two cars into our driveway. While our cabin was at the top of the hill, the road was spacious and easy to navigate. We loved all of the nice touches in the home, the view, the two hot tubs and all of the amenities. There were plenty of things for a group of 18 college students to do.
We had a group of friends who all wanted to go to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for a long weekend. So many were interested in fact that we needed a large house to accommodate. This house was the perfect fit. Ten fairly equal bedrooms with en-suite baths was just the ticket. We were surprised that this is located in a large community of similar houses but this one is ideally located at the top of a hill with amazing views in all directions. It was a great choice. Our only complaint is that the only place for the entire crew to eat is at the outside patio area. We had dinner there one night and it was perfect but then had some bad weather and wind and had to eat inside after that. We did also notice some repairs and cleaning that needed to be taken care of but nothing major. All in all it was an excellent experience and I think if you are looking in this area you should consider this house first because of the updated decor and its high perch in the hills.
