WELCOME TO GATHERING AT THE SUMMIT:
This luxurious modern mountain home is a designer's dream. This is not your typical Smoky Mountain cabin! The views will blow your mind! Are you looking for the perfect spot for an executive level company retreat or to host your next family reunion? Look no further, you have found the spot!
This cabin has plenty of amazing amenities to host your next family reunion as well.
You will never want to leave The Gathering with the number of amenities offered. Private executive retreat with 4 Kings and 2 Queens.
Nestled in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods, the Summit on Bluff Mountain. Custom construction of this large estate home features 5000 square feet, 5 large Bedrooms, all en suites with 5 full baths plus two half baths. Each bedroom has its own large Smart HDTV. The Living Room soars with a 26-foot ceiling featuring a large stack stone fireplace to the ceiling. The kitchen spared no expense with a high end GE Cafe 36" 6 burner gas range and large convection oven. The microwave is neatly tucked away within the large island. Home has 10-foot ceilings and 8 foot doors throughout as a minimum. The garage area is an indoor pool area with a 16 foot by 20-foot pool with colored lights, water bubblers, volleyball and basketball along with dining seating, a half bath and a 75" HDTV to enjoy poolside. Each bathroom was professionally and uniquely designed with tile going all the way to the 10 foot ceiling in the oversized showers with frameless glass and oversized niches in each shower. Each bedroom has large closets, with three of the bedroom closets large enough to accommodate a pack-n play. One of the master bedrooms also includes an oversized, free standing, jetted tub. The paver patio outside features a large gas fire pit and Polywood Adirondak chairs to enjoy. It also includes a three burner Weber gas grill and yard to throw the ball around. Also can see the nightly fireworks from Dollywood (they do these during the summer every night).

Great Family Trip

Everything as advertised. Very Clean. Great for large families.Beautiful location. Great views and not far from all the the local restaurants and attractions.Most impressive, a few minor maintenance issues that were reported and not urgent but their maintenance team came out right away.Hopefully, will stay again.

Family Trip

We had a fantastic time. This home is beautiful. It was clean and very spacious but homey. It was perfect. Everyone had their own en-suite with nice and comfy king beds. The bunk room was perfect for the kiddos and the pool was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend

Best Family Weekend Getaway

This house was amazing! It is spacious and is fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need for a quick family getaway. We enjoyed great views and could not have found a better location to everything we wanted to do. I will definitely reserve this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect size and layout for our family. The house was beautiful and in a very nice subdivision. It was close enough to a lot of activities but far enough away from all the traffic. Our grandkids loved the pool.

Very expensive but it allowed each family member to have a private space and access to their interests in the area from fishing to many of the strip activities. The pool was a hit with the grandkids

Amazing home with breathtaking views! The entire process was a breeze, and the home was in immaculate condition! Family had a blast and created a lifelong memories between the indoor pool, air hockey table and the entertainment set up. Can't wait to do it again!!

Amazing House

The house was clean and stocked with starter supplies. As advertised it was spacious with more than enough space for the whole family. Hot tub and pool were both amazing. Bathrooms were fantastic! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views

Everyone in our group ranging in age from 72 to 4 years old had an amazing time. We all had plenty of space but also had areas we could be together as a group to eat and hang out. The pool and the hot tub were so relaxing. The view was more than I could ever imagine. All of us hated leaving and if in the area, we would stay here again.

Lovely Vacation

Our family of 11 had a lovely vacation at the Gathering at The Summit. The house was 100% as advertised. It was clean, there were plenty of bath/pool towels, and the beds were very comfortable! We had one tiny issue when we arrived with a chirping smoke alarm; it was taken care of immediately. It was perfect.

This is a stunning, but yet comfortable home. Plenty of room to spread out. The grands enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the porch watching for wildlife. House was very clean and there were plenty of supplies for the 9 of us. Beds were all super comfy with beautiful views. Nothing like waking up early to lay in bed and watch the sunrise. I honestly can't say enough great things about this property, this neighborhood, and this rental group! All are outstanding!!! Do not hesitate if you are thinking about renting this home. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Stunning

Everything about this house is perfect. The views are incredible and it has everything you would need for a great vacation. There was 10 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and it never felt crowded. My group really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub the most. The neighborhood is also very nice and it's only about 15 minutes away from everything in Pigeon Forge. I would recommend this place for any group and I already want to go back

Wonderful Mountain Oasis

We rented this mountain house during a long weekend for several of our daughter's cheer competition. This place made the trip worthwhile. We hunkered down and enjoyed everything it had to offer... Spacious, calm setting, wonderful views, beautiful decor, comfortable beds and ohhh the fun! The pool and hot tub were utilized more than anything, and we had plenty of room around the large table to feed everyone breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's a great home for families - multiple private bathrooms, room for everyone to have their own space, and great community area to gather together when you want to. If we have another competition in the area, we will be looking to re-book this place!

Total Relaxation

We LOVED this house! The moment we walked through the doors we wished we had rented for a longer week. This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge, with a drive a little over 5 hours from the east coast. Finding the house, unpacking, everything was easy. The views were beyond amazing, breathtaking. The house was decorated well, it didn't feel too busy and every room felt luxurious. We had dinner out on the back patio, tried out the hot tub, enjoyed a a daily swim and the quick drive to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. We typically wait until the last minute to book our vacations, but for this house…we were already trying to see next years availability! Beautiful!

Perfect with views and great location! High end home on private oasis

The Gathering exceeded our expectations and is breathtaking!! From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely fortunate to be able to stay at a place as luxurious as this. The driveway and parking is amazing- very flat and wide for plenty of easy parking and able to turn your car around with the turnaround in the driveway. We also took our Electric Vehicle since this has an EV charger and it was very easy to do- just plug it in and charged over 30 miles per hour on the charger. The sunrises look like a postcard and each day is different- absolutely gorgeous! Everything about the home and decor is top notch, especially the pool with the sports courts (baseketball and volleyball). My wife loved cooking on the oversized gas range and the outdoor firepit area is just like a resort. Finally, we enjoyed the private hot tub and the kids loved the bunk beds and the games. We will be back for sure!

Gathering at The Summit

We stayed at this luxury mountain home from October 23 - 27, 2023. Describing it it one word would be: WOW !!! We have stayed at many properties over the last 15 years in the Great Smokey Mountains. This property stands out as superior to anywhere we have stayed. This is a new property. It is a true resort. The property is in a nice neighborhood on over 3 acres, ample parking with no neighbors close by. The house had everything including oversized ensuite bedrooms with tiled bathroom. Indoor pool was amazing as well as outside hot tub spa. Air hockey and video games too. We enjoyed grilling on the Weber gas grill and sitting around the spacious fire pit. The home has everything including an over the top equipped kitchen and living area with a beautiful gas fireplace and soaring ceilings. This is the only place we will want to stay on future visits to the Smokey Mountains.

We recently stayed at this wonderful mountain house and had an incredible time! Nestled amidst breathtaking scenery, this home provided the perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and convenience, making it an ideal family getaway. Highlights: 1. Perfect Location: The house is perfectly situated to offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The serene and private setting was a great escape, yet it was just a quick drive to the vibrant attractions in Pigeon Forge. We loved the easy access to Dollywood and a variety of restaurants and shops. 2. Comfortable and Scenic: The house was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The spacious living area featured large windows that showcased the mountain views, creating a calming atmosphere. The bedrooms were well-appointed, ensuring restful nights for everyone. 3. Kids Loved the Indoor Pool: The indoor pool was a huge hit with our kids! They spent hours splashing and playing, and it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing endless entertainment. We appreciated having such a fantastic indoor activity. 4. Super Smokies Stay at the Summit

We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBO rentals and none have been better than this one. The house is perfect for up to 12 of all ages! We had 11 family members ranging in ages from 7 to 88. The kids loved the pool, and we all loved the accommodations and spectacular view of the mountains! The location is private but close to all of the activities in the Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The owner was extremely responsive in answering questions, and the management company is as good as we’ve ever worked with. Any group of travelers considering a trip to the Smokey Mountains should, without question, gather at the Gathering at The Summit!

New Years at The Summit

We had an exquisite stay at this beautiful property. Our family likes to travel after Christmas and found this beautiful home to stay in with amazing views. I highly recommend this rental. The views are breathtaking and the house is stunning. The location is also perfect, you are close to Pigeon Forge amenities, Wears Valley, and Gatlinburg is not to far.
