After exploring the nearby attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, retreat to the hot tub to unwind. Complete with all the essentials, including a seasonal (Oct 1 - April 1) gas fireplace and close proximity to local attractions, this Sky Harbor cabin promises the ultimate Smoky Mountain getaway for you, your family, and friends.
Important Note: Access to this property requires driving on some steep, curvy mountain roads, which is a common feature in the Smoky Mountains

*Disclosure: The Premises is equipped with exterior security/recording cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Everything about the house was perfect, Very clean and the location was amazing, great view of the mountains from the back deck.The amount of the bears that we saw.We would definitely return to this cabin. Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed coffee on the back porch every morning and taking in the beauty of the Smoky Mountains!! We LOVED the quietness of the cabin being at the end of the road and the sound of the nearby waterfall. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Place to Unwind

Cabin is exactly as pictured. Very clean and beautiful location. It was neat to see some black bears on the road leading up to the cabin. Beds were really comfortable, no problems with WIFI, and the decks were perfect place to hang out on. Location is conveniently between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Views from Balcony

Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. View off back balcony was wonderful. Once off main road, the path down to the cabin is not for the faint of heart, but you do get used to it. I’d stay there again, in a heart beat!

Private, secluded, spacious retreat♡

Visited for Bristol Race and the surrounding area, to relax and reset. The home is very cozy but spacious at the same time. Loved that both bedrooms were suites. Had a visiting black bear on day 4, which was amazing! All our needs were met. Games, relaxation, beds comfortable, hot tub amazing, view is amazing. Thank you♡

Wood summer vacation

We loved the seclusion at the end of the road. Very hard to park 2 vehicles. Lots of wildlife, bears, raccoons, flying squirrels and birds. Cabin had everything we needed.

Great location, close to everything. There were plenty of things we had available to us we did not use( grill, tv, hot tub ect). Description was acurate. I would say take time to read guides so there are no surprises. We would stay again.

Great time.

We located the property with no issues. Thankfully we had a vehicle that could make it there. It's WAYYYY into the mountains with very steep roads. Someone actually had to leave their vehicle overnight bc they couldn't get it back up the hill.. they had to have it towed out due to the terrain. Our stay was nice! The place was clean and there were lots of games for us to play. The hot tub was really nice after a long day at Dollywood!

Great cabin for a family of 4

We had a great week staying in this beautiful cabin. The cabin is very clean and spacious. It had all of the necessities for cooking, even some spices and dish soap which weren’t expected. The beds were very comfortable; everyone said that they slept well. Our family loved playing pool and cards upstairs every evening. We had a bear come and attempt to take our ice chest that was on the porch for less than 5 minutes while my husband and son were loading the truck for the day. The roads going to the cabin were the usual ones that you expect when staying anywhere with a nice view. There was a couple of spots where you have poor visibility and we utilized our trucks cameras to see over the steep hills. The view from the cabin is breathtaking and the porches were nice to sit on to enjoy the view. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very Peaceful

Our stay was fantastic! Everything was clean and ready. The view wasn't bad and the sound of the waterfall while sitting in the hot tub early in the morning was so relaxing! There are board/card games, a PS4, and a pool table plus 4 tvs, so our teens had plenty to occupy them. The beds are huge and super comfy. Make sure to lock all doors, including your car, because there is an entire family of bears that managaed to get into our car only a few minutes after parking, but we are in the Smokies! Had all necessary kitchen items except being down to only 1 soup/ceral bowl. Could maybe use a full length mirror somewehre in the cabin for getting ready, but that is the only complaint I had the entire stay :) It's right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Fordge so you could not ask for a better location. The drive to the cabin in the winter snow would be a little questionable, but otherwise is very managable. Host was fanatastic and great with communication as needed. Overall amazing place! We will defintely return in the future!

First impression of this property was holy cow not as roomy as we had expected with parking. We had thought we would have a lot more room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool table. Us adults enjoyed the balcony and the view! A little disappointed there wasn’t a main bathroom downstairs unless we walked into the bottom bedroom but it wasn’t a big deal. Every house we have rented prior before always had enough toilet paper, dish towels, dish cloths, garbage bags, and dishwashing soap for our entire stay. This was not the case. Just be prepared to have to buy all that stuff if renting. If you want an early check in you will have to pay for it, even if it’s available too which we have never had to deal with before. Quite the experience. All in all it was a great vacation! Be careful on those windy mountain roads and you will enjoy the views here. We were even fortunate enough to see some raccoons, a deer and 3 bear!

Stay at Waterfall Retreat

The cabin was beautiful and clean; however, I feel that this company is all about money not really customer service. We have stayed at lots of places that allow early checkin without a fee. We requested an early checkin for two. By the time someone responded and we were able to get into the cabin, it was nearly 2:40. We were charged 55 for a two hour early checkin. I was told the fees are automatically set and there was nothing that could be done. Upon entering the cabin, it was 54 degrees. The heat and gas logs ran for seven hours straight just to get the cabin up to 70. During the night, without the gas logs running, the temp dropped to 63. The internet also went out the first night we were there, so we had to hotspot for TV. I texted with someone who offered little help with the internet. We contacted Spectrum ourselves, and they reset the internet for us. As for the heat, they sent one person whose expertise was adjusting the next thermostat. He stayed 30 to 40 minutes and left saying he would contact a service person. Just as we were lying down for a nap, the other person came. He worked on the heat for a couple of hours coming in and out from downstairs to upstairs repeatedly. He was able to replace something and get the heat running; however, between the two men being there, a large portion of our day was disrupted without so much as an apology. I won’t say that I will never stay with Red Door again, but I will definitely look for other properties and companies first.
