Great family stay

The farmhouse is a great place to stay for a family of 4, location is perfect and close to everything but also peaceful farm vibes. Would love to stay there again!

It was so beautiful

Everything we hoped for it to be. It was a beautiful stay and perfect for our honeymoon/anniversary. The hot tub was amazing with the tv out there as well. The only thing we were bummed about was that the pool was a little dirty. But other than that everything was amazing!!!!

Great House

Great week!

Our family of 5 enjoyed the Farmhouse. Pool was nice and large and the hot tub was great too. Kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this house to others.

We loved the Farmhouse!

Staying at the farmhouse really changed our trip! We had the best house and location with many amenities . Everything was clean, comfortable, and home-like! My family can’t wait to come back later this year! Thanks Bear Tracts!

September 2023 Stay

We had a perfect week at the Farmhouse. The house is beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the outdoor pool every day and the hot tub in the evenings. The house is well supplied with all the kitchen utensils we needed for the week. We hope to book again next year!!

Beautiful Paradise Getaway

This place is absolutely gorgeous and such a relaxing getaway. I was trying to set my own code for the door and messed it up. With one phone call they reset the lock for me. The place was extremely clean and roomy. It is close enough to town but far enough out in the country to get away from the world. This was our 7th Anniversary and we plan on coming back for many more anniversaries. This is worth every penny and I can’t recommend this place enough. You’ll be happy you stayed here.

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you don’t like driving up steep mountains, this is your place. Very easy access and short drive to the strip. Customer service and maintenance staffs were awesome! The only negative I would have is the water pressure is not that great. We enjoyed our stay.

LOVELY!

This house was just as pictured. It was very clean and had everything needed for a comf. There was an issue with the hot tub and the management company was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet (except for the entertaining tree frogs...lol) and the lot felt private. My only complaint is pulling out of the driveway. The mirror helped minimally.

The Farmhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse, so much that we extended our trip another night! The customer service was top notch from start to finish and communication was fantastic via email, phone and text. We really enjoyed the beautiful view in the morning from the deck and spent a lot of time in the nice pool and hot tub! Its location is great because it feels secluded yet still close to many attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We are a family of 4 and this house was perfect for us but I could also see it being a nice choice for a couples trip. We will be back and highly recommend this property! Keep in mind that there might be more bugs outside than you're used to, especially lots of bees around the pretty flowers. They didn't bother us but took some getting used to on our walks to and from the pool.

Vacation

Nice house in the country , driveway is sketchy be carefull. Everything was in good condition and as descibed except the pool was dirty lots of debri and algae on the stairs. Asked for this to be addressed a few times. A pool guy came the next day and just skimmed the top with a net for about 10 minutes , didn't vacume or clean the algae so the pool wasn't really usable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house, very clean! Pool was nice but COLD in the latter part of September when we went😆. There’s a few leaves in it due to the larger trees hanging overhead but that’s not a big deal. Loved the covered parking & would be great place for motorcyclist. Little hard to see past the trees to get out of, they have a mirror up but it needs to be adjusted to see the traffic better. Loved it overall & would stay again! Also I texted the maintenance to see how to turn the pool light on & they were super quick with a response! It was broken & would need to drain the pool to fix it but again not a big deal to us.

A quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle

We really enjoyed the quiet location in the countryside, but still super close to Pigeon Forge. The property was clean all except for some items under the sofa that house keeping must have missed. The pool was clean and the hot tub was clean. We had a bit of trouble getting the hot tub jets and lights to come on, but it just took a very firm press of the buttons. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we did make any meals there so I don't have much to say about that. The bed was very comfortable, but the sheets came off about every night like they just were a bit too small. The shower was nice in the bathroom we used, however the rain shower could use either cleaning or be replaced. We are used to our at home I guess. Also, the smell of the water was a bit off putting to me, but I currently have Parosmia which is a distorted sense of smell. My wife didn't think anything of it. I'm not complaining though about any of these things though, but I know it is helpful to know so you are aware and know where to set your expectations. Overall, the house is incredible and like an oasis that you will want to stay at for awhile! Oh, some said that it is really hard to pull out from the driveway. I used the left side, closest to the stop sign and just pulled out super slow. There are not many cars on that road so it was never an issue.

Better than I thought it’d be

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So 6 days before our vacation we got a called saying the original cabin was unavailable. They offered the farmhouse. It was nice but I wished they would have disclosed it was next to cows. I guess that is why it’s called the farmhouse but the decor was rustic so I thought that was why. We were supposed to get the pool heated since we didn’t get the original cabin. However it wasn’t heat or cleaned. The pool cleaning company came the day before we had to leave. Kinda wished it was cleaned before we arrived. The hot tub wasn’t cleaned either. However if I had a question it would get answered quickly. The inside was nice and clean. I’d stay there again but would ask the pool and hot tub to be cleaned before the last day.

Beautiful Property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home and property grounds are beautiful. The inside of the Farmhouse is just as the pictures show. Everything is clean, beautiful, and organized inside. The pool was a big hit with my husband and the girls. The Farmhouse is close to everything and there is even a Kroger and Publix a couple of miles down the road. My husband enjoyed sitting in the spa in the mornings after a swim and watching TV. We sat outside on the master bedroom deck every morning and had our coffee. We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the single ticket offers on the different parks/entertainment. We had an issue with the spa jets not working the first night there; however, maintenance emailed me that they would be out to check it and changed out the entire button panel. Worked perfectly after that. The pool guy came and cleaned the pool on Thursday and gave us a courtesy knock to let us know he was there and what he was doing. The only negative (but it would definitely not keep us from booking again) would be that the outside house and property need some maintenance. We had to wipe all of the spider webs off of the deck chairs to use them, there are huge spiders and spider webs on the porches and around the spa. The weeds were growing up through the stairs to the pool/spa. We tried to use the pool light our last night there, but they would not come on. Maintenance tried to help us get them on via phone, but he stated the breaker must have tripped. I finally gave up. I think that maintenance should be checking the property after each guest stay to ensure appliances, pool, spa, etc. are working properly. The inside handle to the shower in the master bathroom was very loose and about to come off. When you are on vacation you do not want to have to keep calling maintenance with little issues. As I stated, this would not deter us from staying here again. Everyone that we had to contact was very quick to respond. We had an amazing time!
