Keep plastic chairs stacked and secured if a storm comes. Keep deck umbrella down and secured if windy or stormy.

Keep dock swim later up and securely tied when not in use.

Put garbage in bags and put in the container. If you have excess garbage take it to the garbage facility on Flat Creek Rd and Newport Hwy.
