Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. We could have easily spent the day just relaxing in the cabin! It was beautiful! The hot tub had been drained and refilled upon arrival so you have peace of mind that it’s been sanitized for you. The cabin was just as beautiful as described on the website. Also Elk Springs was communicative, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our whole stay, especially when we had a problem with our hot tub. The check in and check out process was so easy and went smoothly as well. We can't recommend them and the cabin enough!

Fun Little Adventure

The layout was a little unexpected in that the top floor was an open loft area with a bed, and the downstairs was where the excitement was. My only real complaint is the staircase was a little wobbly and there was a dvd player with no DVDs to watch. If you’re looking for a simple place to have fun and be able to stay all day at a cabin, then this place is just right for you. Other than the road noise, sitting out on the balcony was calm and relaxing. Definitely and interesting stay overall.

The tv would not let us connect to our Netflix/ prime etc . There was only a few local channels. There was an almost empty travel size container of tide for us to wash with. The hot tub had clean water but smelled like musk. The next morning the cabin smelled like sewer. The rental agent offered to sent maintenance out for the tv and the sewer but we didn’t get back to t$3 cabin until late Saturday night and leftOn Sunday Morning. Overall it was an okay stay but I feel like for the price it should have been a better stay.

Our Honeymoon Paradise 😍

Had everything we needed that we didn't even want to leave the place to do anything extra around town cause the cabin we booked had it. We highly recommend Elk Springs Resort to book through when it comes to cabin rentals because they have amazing deals/promotions. Staff were very nice and friendly! Before we arrived they sent us directions on how to get to the cabin and they supply your cabin info so all we had to do was go straight there without having to go to the main office. Check in and out process was just that simple! They even call and check on you to see if you need things during the visit which is awesome! We can't wait to go back! We will definitely book with this company again in the near future. Thank you so much Elk Springs for such and amazing experience! We had a blast! Maurio & Kelli S

Cozy, but wouldn’t recommend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed wasn’t overly comfortable. The kitchen table has crumbs on it. There was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Someone spilled soda in the cup holder of a chair downstairs that wasn’t cleaned up. The stairs going downstairs are terrifying in my opinion. The downstairs bathroom was used as a storage closet and not usable. There was also an open pocket knife left on the bedside table. One of the lamps in the bedroom was broken and there was a burnt out bulb in the bathroom. The noise from the road was loud. I didn’t feel safe out near the sides of the cabin since it was a steep hill and no fencing to stop you. It was cozy, though, and the sauna tub was lovely. I personally would not book this cabin again, though.

This rental is easy to get to but far enough from the road you can’t see anything and you FEEL like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It was no more than 15 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg, making it the perfect home base for our weekend, the hot tub, porch, and other amenities added to the experience and was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day walking downtown.
